Mircea Cartarescu

Mircea Cartarescu, is a Romanian novelist, poet and Essayist.
Born in 1956, he is an Associate Professor at The University of Bucharest Faculty of Letters. His highly praised 1989 novel NOSTALGIA was published in English for the first time in 2013 in a translation by Julian Semilian.
